How to use your Barbell Cleaning Brush

To keep your barbell in top condition, it’s important to regularly clean the knurling. The 360° Barbell Cleaning Brush is the perfect tool for the job.

Simply place the brush in the palm of your hand and wrap it around the barbell. Then slide the brush back and forth along the bar until the knurling is free of chalk and debris.

If you notice any rust spots, wipe down the bar with your preferred oil-based lubricant and brush into the knurl again with the steel bristle brush.

The steel will soak the oil into the knurling and keep your barbell in its best shape possible. Wipe off any excess oil and chalk with a dry microfibre towel.
