This Agility Ladder comes with 21 top quality plastic rungs and super tough webbing for the side rails. The rungs are adjustable so you are in control of the spacing that you want to use for your workouts. The rungs will not move out of place during use.

The rungs are flat so you do not have to worry about ankle injuries. These ladders can be used indoors or outside and on all surfaces.
