NC Fitness Australia warranty terms range depending on the product purchased. All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty when used as intended.
NC Fitness Australia will replace or refund the item unless the cause is
• Standard wear and tear
• Misuse
• Assembled incorrectly
• Out of warranty
• No proof of purchase
Any warranty claim will require an invoice number and be brought into the store or have evidence by way of image through email that our staff will approve.

NC Fitness Australia attempts to ship the goods on the same day (ordered before midday) if paid by C-card or PayPal. Bank transfers are dependant on the time the funds come into our account.

If for any reason a NC Fitness Gear customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 14 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated delivery cost.
