The adjustable slant board/calf stretcher with Anti-Slip Safety Treads is ideal to achieve an optimal stretch to your feet, ankles, calves, quads, hips, and hamstrings. The regular use of a slant board can help in the rehabilitation of Achilles tendon injuries, shin splints, calf strains, and other lower leg injuries.
There is a multitude of exercises that can be done to strengthen your ankle, knee joints, lower leg muscles, and increase your flexibility. Daily stretching can deeply reduce knee pain and increase joint mobility.
The incline slant board can also be useful not just for leg-related pains and injuries, but also for ensuring proper blood circulation and the relief of back pain. It can also help prevent inflammation and improve the circulation of blood to the legs to prevent swelling.
You can easily switch between positions to fit your various exercise and stretching needs. However, we do recommend starting off at the least steep angle for the first few sessions as this will give your body and muscles time to acclimate to the new exercise without risking additional injury. Once you’ve become familiar with the incline slant board, you can begin gradually increasing the angle.
